- Choose 3 kinds favoriite hot chili,or whats on hand,please bell pepper dont count :)

- Grill chilli ,until soft ,peel

- Prepare coriander,mints,garlic ..ready to use ( in fact i type 3 bunch of coriander and 2 bunch of mints ..but it show only a bunch of each

- In blender,add all in,blend it..if this too thick can add little warm water,(sometimes i use my honey lemon garlic instead of all garlic and sugar (2tbsp) )
