- Half and Half- I used 1/4 to 1/2 of the small pint container. Just eyeball it so it thins out the alfredo some
- 1 package (8 oz)- shredded mozzarella cheese
- Spaghetti sauce- to taste (I like prego brand. You just put some on a plate and will put the spaghetti part on top of it.)
Steps to make Aunt Janice’s Spaghetti Pie
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Cook pasta, do NOT over cook! Drain when done.
- Dump both alfredo sauces in pot and season with all seasonings.
- Add spaghetti and mix well. Taste sauce to adjust seasonings.
- Add half and half to thin it out some. Mix well.

- Dump in an 8x11 oven safe casserole dish (the size below the 13x9, I’m assuming it’s an 8x11?) And spread out evenly.

- Bake in oven until it’s bubbling. Roughly 15-20 minutes.

- Take out and put mozzarella on top evenly.

- Bake again until brown for about 10-15 minutes.

- Take it out and let it sit about 10-15 minutes. Heat up spaghetti sauce while ur waiting in a small pot.

- To serve, spread some spaghetti sauce on the plate first and then cut a piece of the casserole and lay it on top. ENJOY!
