- Add carrot. Stir fry until it soften slightly. Leave aside.



- Heat up 5 tablespoons or more cooking oil under medium heat. Slowly fry tofu till both sides turned golden. Leave aside.



- Prepare starch water. Half tablespoon starch dissolve in quarter bowl of water. Leave aside.


- Stir fry tofu, shimeji and carrot for 1 minute.

- Add starch water. Simmer till thicken. Ready to serve.
