  7. 2 cucharaditas Goma Xantana/ Xanthan Gum
  8. Salsa
  9. 1 cucharada aceite de oliva
  10. 1/2 pza cebolla cortada
  11. 3 dientes ajo
  12. 5 pzas tomates partidos a mitad
  13. 2 cucharadas pasta o concentrado de tomate
  14. 1 cucharadita orégano seco
  15. al gusto Sal y pimienta
  16. 100 gr Jamón
  17. 150 gr Queso mozzarella
  18. 1 pza Pimiento rojo
  19. 10 pzas Champiñón
  20. 1/5 pza Cebolla picada

Instructions to make Gluten free All purpose Pizza Crust

  1. En una sartén a fuego medio echa el aceite de oliva, la cebolla y el orégano.
  2. Cocina la cebolla moviéndola de rato en rato hasta que se ponga transparente y luego se dore. No pongas el fuego fuerte o no se van a suavizar hasta el centro y la salsa te va a quedar con sabor fuerte a cebolla.
  3. Agrega el ajo (y concentrado o paste de tomate si estás usando tomates frescos) y mueve por 1 minuto mientras se cocinan.
  4. Agrega los tomates enlatados enteros o los tomates frescos pelados y en cuartos y deja que boten líquido. Deja que hierva hasta que quede poco líquido en la sartén.
  5. Si tu sartén puede ir al horno va ahora a un horno precalentado a 250°C / 480°F por 15-20 min o hasta que veas que se está dorando por encima y que casi no queda líquido. Si tu sartén no puede ir al horno primero pasa todo a una fuente para horno.
  6. Retira la salsa de la sartén y licúala hasta que esté suave. ¡Ajusta el nivel de sal y pimienta y listo.!
  7. Precalienta horno a 425° F y engrasa bandeja de pizza 10 a 16 pulgadas. Yo usé la misma que uso para galletas.
  8. Combina la levadura, azúcar y agua tibia en un bowl y deja reposar por 5 min.
  9. Mezclar ingredientes secos en otro bowl. Agrega huevo y aceite a ingredientes líquidos. Mezcla con batidora o con una pala los ingredientes.
  10. Traspasa la masa en la bandeja de pizza previamente engrasada. Moja tus manos y extiende la masa con las manos. No te precupes si se rompe, acomoda la masa y extiendela. Para masa más gruesa deja reposar por 10-15 minutos. De lo contrario continua con los siguientes pasos.
  11. Cubre con la salsa para pizza que preparamos previamente y agrega los ingredientes que más te gusten. Yo agregué queso mozzarella (gouda y chihuahua van bien), jamón de pavo, cebolla, champiñones frescos y el pimiento rojo le da buen sabor. Hornea a 425° F por 15 a 20 minutos.
