  7. Add in the milk whisking constantly, till flour butter mixture till smooth. Take some of the sauce mixture and add to the eggs gradually till the sauce is mixed. Add the egg mixture to the rest of the sauce. Keep whisking for 2 minutes the sauce should be thick and creamy.
  8. Add the bechamel sauce smooth it out. Sprinkle nutmeg over the top of bechamel sauce. Put into oven for about an hour until golden brown. Take out of oven and allow to rest 15 minutes.
