3. Mix well the marinara, ricotta cheese and the pasta water and keep aside
4. When the onion mix is ready, add the calamari and wine, stir constantly until wine evaporates to half
5. Add the pasta to the calamari mixture, stir and add the marinara mix. Let it simmer for 5 minutes, salt pepper to taste
6. Put it in a plate, sprinkle w pecorino o parmesan and garnish with the basil leaves in top.
