- Heat vegetable oil in a pan. Stir-fry the ginger and garlic until fragrant. Add shrimp and continue to heat.

- When the shrimp is cooked through, add broccoli and continue to stir-fry.

- Add the ★ sauce and mix well.

- Dish it up and serve with mayonnaise.
