  2. Pizza sauce
  3. Cheese
  4. Pepperoni
  5. Butter for cooking

Steps to make Thin and Crispy Pizza

  1. Preheat the Blackstone gridle to low heat. Add the butter evenly and place the tortillas on the griddle. Flip the tortillas after it the color you want (this will be the top of the pizza)

  4. After you add the lightly sauce add some cheese and anything else you are using like veggies or meat then top with hot pepperoni and add more cheese.
  5. If the tortilla bubbles in the middle just press it flat gently with spatula.
