  3. Take ghee and oil in pan add in gobi gravy, tomato puree along with all mentioed routin masalas.
  4. Now let it simmer for some time. Add in malai and kasuri methi and spoonfull of ghee.
  5. Ur gravy is ready. U can add in kofta or panner or channa anything of ur choice.
  6. I hv added onion kofta.
