- 500 gr. / 18 oz. Chicken wings
- 1 tbsp. Mustard
- 1 tbsp. Chopped parsley
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 3/4 tsp. Salt or to your taste

- 1 beaten egg
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1/4 tsp. Ground pepper

- 525 gr. / 18 oz. Idaho potatoes with skin on, washed
- 1 tbsp. Rosemary leaves
- 1/4 tsp. Garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. Onion powder

- CHICKEN WINGS PREPARATION
Cut the tips and discard. Cut at the joint separating into 2 parts.
Mix the wings with the seasoning.
Heat the oil for frying.
Mix the flour with the salt and pepper.
Coat the wings in the flour, egg and flour again. Fry until golden and crispy.


- ROASTED POTATOES PREPARATION
Cut the potatoes into sticks as for French fries.
Add, mix with the rest of the seasonings and put them on a baking sheet drizzled with a little vegetable oil.
