- 75 ml Cold water
- 1 tsp Mayonnaise
- 50 grams Cake flour

- 1 tbsp 〇Oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp 〇Ketchup
- 2 tbsp 〇Water
- 1 tsp 〇Sake
- 1/2 tsp 〇Soy sauce
- 1/2 cup Green onions, finely chopped
- 1 White sesame seeds

- Take the sinews off the chicken tenders, and cut each in half (for large bite-sized pieces). Sprinkle with a little sake (not listed in the ingredients) and massage it in.
