- 5 tbsp fresh cilantro leaves
- 1/2 tsp salt

- Add cilantro, lime juice and salt and blend until well combined and you have a sauce consistency.
- Pour into a covered dish and refrigerate until cool or serve warm. Serve with your favorite dishes or chips.
