- 2 green onions
- 1 tbsp soya sauce
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- 2-3 red chilli padi
- 2 tsp sesame oil

- Prep your steamer by adding 2 cups of water to it. Set heat to medium-high for it to boil, it shoud take about 5 minutes.
