    Flip the fish to the other side and add another thin slice of butter on top, let it melt and cook for 1-2 minutes more.

    Opaque color means its ready. Don’t over cook to prevent rubbery meat.
  5. Plate the fish with the veggies. Pour the juices from the pan over the fish and veggies.
