- 3 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 4 tablespoons cooking oil
Steps to make Chow mein
- Mix dark soya sauce, oyster sauce, chilli oil, sesame oil according to above proportions.



- Mix evenly and leave aside.

- Slice capsicum, red onion and garlic. Leave aside.



- Cut broccoli into small size. Boil a pot of water. Blanch for 5 seconds. Drain and leave aside.

- Grab a handful of noodle. Boil a pot of water. Cook for 4 minutes. Drain, rinse with water to cool it down. Leave aside.



- Heat up cooking oil with high heat, stir fry both red onion and garlic for 1 minute.

- Add capsicum and stir fry for 1 minute.

- Add broccoli and stir fry for 1 minute.

- Add the cooked noodle, follow by the mixed sauce. Stir fry evenly.


- Add some water if it is too dry. Continue to stir fry until the color is consistent and the water evaporate completely.

- Ready to serve.
